Pastoral Update, June 2019: We're Moving!

BFC Family,

Since the dawn of humanity, God has called us to trust Him and to continually step out on faith. In fact one of the ways we show our faith is through our willingness to follow God. When I was commissioned to plant Bridge Fellowship Church, Sheila and I took a leap of faith. In fact, the entire church planting journey so far has been a series faith leaps. Each time a new challenge presented itself God guided us through.

A few weeks ago we began praying for a new meeting space to better fit our ministry needs. I am overjoyed to share with you that God has answered our prayers! Truly, we serve a loving and faithful God! Having a dedicated meeting space opens up countless opportunities for ministry.

This means two things…

  • This Sunday, we will have our last service at 2600 Timber Drive. Join us as we begin a 2 Week series on progress as it relates to the life of the church. The God of the Bible is about progress - faithful obedience to follow where he leads. God wants us to to keep it moving, he didn’t establish the church for us to sit and soak. Join us this weekend to learn more about Christian progression.

  • Our first service in our new space will be on June 23rd! Make plans to join us as we celebrate this milestone in the life of our church. It will be a powerful day of worship as we praise God for His continued blessing and faithfulness. Our new address will be 1900 Al Boat Drive, Unit 100, Raleigh, NC 27603.

For the next two weeks as we go through this time of transition, we will be taking a break from our Genesis series and go through a mini-series looking at progress as it relates to the life of the church. As Christians, we must understand that God did not establish the church to just have us sit and soak, He wants us to to keep it moving.

Please join me in thanking God for the work He is doing through Bridge Fellowship Church! I look forward to seeing you this Sunday at 10 AM!
